ON THE FORMATION OF LATIN FORMATION LEGAL TERMINOLOGY (83 BC-31 BC)
Abstract
It is impossible to become a fully-qualified lawyer without knowledge of elements of the Latin vocabulary, grammar, and, what is the most important – Latin legal phraseology. The proposed research is an attempt to trace the gradual formation of the Latin legal terminology since the period of the dictatorship of Sulla in Rome until the principality of Octavian Augustus.
